The seller reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.
Formation of Contract
A binding contract is formed when the order has been confirmed and the customer has received an order confirmation by email.
Payments
Payments are processed by Klarna. Klarna may offer payment methods that constitute a credit agreement.
Payments are also subject to Klarna’s terms and privacy policy.
We do not store payment card details; all payments are handled by Klarna.
Delivery Area
We deliver to Finland and within the European Union.
Shipping
Shipping methods and costs depend on product size, weight, and quantity. Available delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided per product. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Customers must notify us at info@anie.fi before returning items.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but not before the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.
Original shipping costs are refunded based on the lowest-cost delivery method.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Custom-made products
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
Liability for Defects
Products are covered by statutory liability for defects under applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of clear pricing errors or stock availability issues.

Disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiation.
